They assess each tender for suitability based on the scope of the works, client and the quality of builders on the tender list. The Position

They are now looking for an estimator to join the team. They are flexible on the level as it is more about fitting in with the business.

Minimum requirements are;

• A tertiary qualification in construction
• Experience on commercial projects
• A strong work history
• Reliable references

The Person

The company are looking for someone who can develop strong relationships with the subbies as they see this as the key to winning profitable work especially in the current environment. You will be passionate about estimating and give each tender 100% effort. You will also enjoy working in a team and learning from the Senior Estimators.
