The Position

They are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team and deliver a range of fitout projects in the $5M – $50M range at a strategic level.

The SPM will report to the Project Directors and take the responsibility for two Project Managers.

Responsibilities 

• Developing methodologies and value engineering
• Guiding the PM’s with complex lettings and identifying risk
• Client management and business development
• Executing cost report meetings
• Identifying and mentoring future leaders
• Training & mentoring your team

The Person

You may be in a Senior PM role now or be a long established PM looking to take the next step.

More importantly you are passionate about building and a proven leader who can galvanise a team to achieve the right result. Your a decision maker and thrive on the fast pace of the fitout sector. Clients will be glowing in their assessment of you and subbies would describe you as “firm but fair.”
